The questions teams ask most often when they start with AI Native, answered plainly. If something here is not clear, the platform guide and metrics sections go deeper.

Which AI engines does AI Native cover?

AI Native measures how your brand is represented across the AI answer surfaces buyers actually use: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. The platform reads the answers these engines give to your buyers' questions and scores whether you are mentioned, recommended, and how much of the conversation is yours. The set of surfaces grows as AI search does, and your scans run across the engines configured for your products.

How often should I run a scan?

A single scan is a snapshot; the value is in the trend, so most teams scan on a recurring cadence. You can set a scan to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly per product. Weekly is a sensible default for an active brand: frequent enough to catch a competitor moving against you, not so frequent that the line is mostly noise. Run an extra scan on demand whenever you have shipped a change and want to measure its impact.

What is the difference between demo and live data?

Demo and live are two honest modes. Demo produces a deterministic, believable result instantly and at no cost, for learning the screens and giving a walkthrough; its numbers are illustrative, not real. Live queries real AI engines and reads what they genuinely say about you today, so those are the numbers you act on. Live scans take a little time and consume credits because they make real external calls. The product never blurs the two: a result is clearly one or the other.

How do credits and billing work?

Live scans draw down your workspace credit balance, and the pricing is transparent by design. You are billed the real, measured cost of the calls a scan actually made, multiplied by a fixed rate, rather than a flat per-scan fee guessed in advance. Before a scan you see an estimate that calibrates from your own recent scan history. After the scan, the charge reconciles against what the calls really cost, and every credit movement is written to a ledger you can read, showing the underlying cost and the multiplier. Demo scans are free and never touch your balance.

Can the AI numbers change between scans?

Yes, and this is expected. AI answers are stochastic: ask the same question twice and a model can word things differently, name a different brand, or shift its recommendation. AI Native handles this by running each prompt several times and averaging, so a rate is a sample of behaviour rather than a single reading. Numbers will still move scan to scan, which is why the before-and-after comparison and the trend line matter more than any one figure. A small wobble is normal; a sustained move is signal.

Do you sample, or measure everything?

AI Native measures a bounded, representative set of prompts for each product rather than every conceivable question, because the universe of possible questions is effectively infinite. The prompts are the persona questions discovered for your brand, the ones buyers actually ask. Sampling within that set, and repeating each prompt, is what keeps a scan affordable and its numbers stable while still reflecting real buyer behaviour.

What data leaves my workspace?

Your workspace is isolated from every other customer's. To run a live scan, AI Native sends your prompts to the AI engines being measured, that is the measurement, and it reads your public site during live discovery. The facts and identity you enter in the Brand Truth Studio stay in your workspace and are used to judge answer accuracy. We do not publish your workspace data or share it across tenants.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and we are deliberate about this. AI Native measures how AI represents your brand and ranks the gaps to close; it does not promise a particular mention or recommendation rate. What we commit to is honest measurement: you see where you stand, what the sources behind those answers are, and whether a change you made moved the number when you re-measure. Be wary of anyone in this space who promises a fixed outcome, the engines are not under anyone's control.

Does AI Native work for India and Indian brands?

Yes. AI Native was built by operators running this playbook for regulated-finance and consumer brands in India, so India coverage is a first-class concern rather than an afterthought. Scans measure how AI answers represent your brand for the markets and questions you configure, and the platform pays particular attention to the compliance constraints Indian regulated brands work under, captured as guardrails answers are checked against.

Where do I start?

Create your workspace, add your first brand through the onboarding wizard, confirm what it discovered at the review gate, then run your first scan. The getting-started guides walk through each step in order. Run a demo scan first to learn the screens, then a live scan when you want real numbers to act on.
