Reports and share links

How to access the executive report, create tokenized read-only share links for clients, export raw data as CSV, and revoke links.

The Reports section gives you three things: a scheduled report view for each product, shareable links for clients who need read-only access without a login, and export options for raw data. The three tabs are Scheduled, Shareable links, and Export.

Scheduled reports

The Scheduled tab lists every product that has weekly reporting active. Each product shows a brief description of what the weekly report contains: before-and-after deltas for actions taken in the period, recommendation movements, and a summary of what changed. Reports run on a weekly cadence and are formatted for an exec-facing audience.

Every product visible in the workspace appears in this list. The active badge next to each product indicates that weekly reporting is running for it.

Shareable links

Share links are read-only, token-gated, expiring URLs for clients or stakeholders who need to view a report without creating an account. The recipient follows the link and sees the report with no login required.

To create a link, find the product in the Shareable links tab, choose an expiry duration (7, 30, or 90 days), and click "Create link." A live link appears immediately in the list below.

Each link entry shows the product it belongs to, its expiry date, and a copyable URL. Clicking the URL field selects it and copies it to your clipboard. A green "live" badge indicates the link is active. When a link expires naturally, the badge changes to "expired."

Revoking a link

Admins and editors can revoke a live link at any time by clicking "Revoke" on the link row. Revocation is immediate: the link stops working from that moment. A revoked link shows a "revoked" badge and cannot be reinstated. To give access again, create a new link.

What the recipient sees

A recipient who follows a share link sees a read-only view of the product's report. They cannot interact with the workspace, cannot change any data, and cannot navigate to other products. The view is scoped to the single product the link was created for.

Export

The Export tab lists every product and provides three per-product downloads: a printable executive report, a metrics CSV, and two topic-level CSVs for opportunities and answers.

The Report (PDF) link opens the executive report in a new tab, formatted for printing or saving as a PDF from your browser.

Metrics CSV exports the summary metrics for the product across scans.

Opportunities CSV and Answers CSV export the underlying data rows so you can work with them in a spreadsheet or analysis tool.

Questions

Who can create share links?

Members with the mutate permission (editors and admins) can create share links. Read-only members can see the list of existing links but cannot create new ones.

Can I create more than one share link for the same product?

Yes. You can create multiple links for the same product with different expiry durations. Each is independent: revoking one does not affect the others.

Does revoking a link delete the report data?

No. Revoking a link only stops that specific URL from working. The product's data, scans, and reports are unaffected.

What happens when a link expires?

The link stops working and the badge in the list changes to "expired." The recipient gets a 404 or access-denied response if they try to use it. You can create a new link if continued access is needed.

Can a share link recipient start a scan or change anything?

No. Share links provide strictly read-only access scoped to one product's report view. No write actions are available through a share link.

How long do share links last?

You choose 7, 30, or 90 days when you create the link. After that period the link expires automatically. You can also revoke a link before it expires.

Are the CSV exports a point-in-time snapshot?

Yes. Each CSV download captures the data at the time of the request. Re-downloading later will include any scans that ran in between.
