A workspace is your team's home in AI Native. Everything you measure, the brands you add, the facts you verify, and the scans you run all live inside it, separate from every other customer. This guide walks through creating one.
Go to the sign-up page and fill in four things: your company name, your name, a work email, a phone number, and a password of at least eight characters. The company name becomes the name of your workspace, so use the name your team will recognise.
When you submit, AI Native creates your account and your workspace together, then shows a "Check your inbox" screen. Nothing is active yet, your email still needs to be confirmed.
Verify your email
We send a verification link to the address you signed up with. Open that email and click the link. The link is single use: clicking it confirms your email, signs you in, and drops you straight into your empty workspace with a prompt to add your first brand.
If the link says it is invalid or already used, it has likely been clicked once already. Sign in normally and, if your email is still unverified, we send you a fresh link automatically so you can try again.
Your first sign-in
After verification you are already signed in. On later visits, use the sign-in page with the email and password you chose. A few things worth knowing:
- If you try to sign in before verifying, we block the login and send you a new verification link rather than letting you in half-set-up.
- Repeated failed attempts are rate limited for a short window, so a wrong password a few times in a row means waiting a minute before trying again.
- Your password can be reset from the sign-in page if you forget it.
What you see first
A fresh workspace is intentionally empty. There are no brands, no products, and no scans yet, because AI Native has nothing to measure until you tell it which brand you care about. The next guide covers adding that brand. Once a brand and its products exist, the command center fills in with where you stand in AI answers.
Inviting your team
A workspace is built for a team, not a single person. From the workspace settings you can invite colleagues by email and give them a role. An invited teammate joins the same workspace and sees the same brands and scans, so the measurement is shared rather than trapped in one person's login. Roles control who can change things versus who can only read, which keeps scans and facts from being edited by accident.
With a verified account and a workspace ready, you are set to add your first brand.
